Modern Slavery Act

Subby Modern Slavery Act

Subby Group Limited have carefully considered Section 54 “Transparency in Supply Chains” of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Our review has concluded that the services we provide are very unlikely to be affected by slavery, as are the supply chains of those we use for the purchase of administrative products or services from local businesses.

Our Suppliers

We do not procure any goods and services directly from any countries which are at a high risk of modern slavery or exploitation. Our first-tier suppliers are solely based within the United Kingdom.

Subby continues to raise awareness of the principles of the Act through:
  • Raising awareness to all employees and what action to take should they suspect human trafficking or breaches in the Act.
  • Reviewing the Subby policies linked to modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Informing clients of the Right to Work through our ‘method statement’ and ‘terms of business’.
  • Acting should suspicion arise of modern slavery.
  • Training employees involved in recruitment & selection on the Subby employment practices.
