Having spent over twenty-five years in the construction industry, the last sixteen of those as a business owner and CEO, I have built a wealth of knowledge and experience in both business and particularly the construction sector.

CIS payroll significantly impacted my business, and it became apparent that other companies experienced challenges in understanding the complexities around this. Therefore, Subby Group was founded to help support contractors with payroll and compliance, as a cost effective solution.

My role within Subby is very diverse. The favourite part of the job being, getting to know business owners and their companies, supporting them on different levels, and seeing the positive impact Subby has.

With over 20 years of experience in accountancy, I’ve dedicated my career to helping businesses, especially in the construction industry, stay compliant, efficient, and profitable.

Starting in the industry at just 18, I’ve worked my way up to become the Managing Director of an accountancy practice, specialising in small to medium businesses. My expertise lies in CIS payroll, tax compliance, and financial management, ensuring businesses navigate complex regulations with ease.

Known for my attention to detail and straight-talking advice, I thrive on problem-solving and turning financial complexities into clear, actionable solutions. Whether it’s managing payroll, optimising tax efficiency, or tackling compliance challenges, I bring a proactive and practical approach.
