At Subby Group, we are at the forefront of transforming the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) payroll and workforce management landscape in the UK construction Industry.
Our founders have worked in construction over the last 25years and recognised an industry need to improve the efficiency and compliance of managing the CIS labour workforce due to the ever-changing challenges, rising costs, and decreasing staff budgets.
Whilst there were simple CIS payroll solutions in the market, along with APPs that support compliance checks or data storage solutions, all these services and systems still relied on time-consuming manual inputing and were prone to human error. Furthermore, not one platform provided a solution to all their needs or those of their subcontractors.
